Is there a list of printers known to be compatible? I know it needs to be a PS printer, but given some PS printers work better than others there must be more important specifications for the printer to have.
Surely the software was designed with home users and home printers in mind, so it shouldn't be difficult to determine which printers will work best based on their specs? Of course, the home users aren't completely aware (if at all) of how Ncode works and what is necessary to produce an ideal print, so this isn't something we can figure out ourselves without expensive trial and error.
I'd like to work with a background as pale as possible -- so comparable to the N notebooks you can purchase -- I remember a few Samsung printers being listed on the website but can't recall the model codes. I'm assuming commercial printers will produce the best print, but what specs can users look for in domestic printers? My question is: aside from being a PS printer what specs would you recommend?

Hi
N Toaster operates on a color laser printer which supports PCL(HP printers use this driver)/ SPL(Samsung printers use this driver)/PS(Printers besides HP & Samsung) printer.
Preferably, NeoLAB recommend to use SPL printers. There is no special specs required other than this.
(We do have the list of compatible printers in Korea, but each country has different printer model number)
We apologize for your inconvenience and we will try our best to upgrade the program.

I have the sameHL-2270DW and another b/w Brother printer but despite it printing the small squares at the borders, they both do not print the fine dots I imagine are required for the pen to track. I cannot see any setting I can change but the status on the dialogue box says "ok". It does say it can work with b/w laser printers. Is there something I may be missing? What can I do to make it work on these printers when they say "OK" and do print some part of the page.

I have the Brother HL-L2340DW B/W printer and it doesn't print the dots either. Not for regular nor dark print. It's really unfortunate because I want to be able to print pages to write notes for students to have online.
Any news for updating for these printers?

Teacher,
At this point it is a printer issue rather than an application issue.
