Hello.
None of my bluetooth devices can find the pen.
Some of them are not Bluetooth 4.0 which cannot discover the pen at all (so sad). However, I've also tried using iPhone4s, it seems to be able to discover the pen but always fails to register. I don't reach the page that asks for the passcode yet. It simply says fail 
I've made sure that my pen is turn on. I tried updating the firmware of the pen but that does not help.

Update:
I also try with NeoPDF with the new laptop and again I cannot connect my pen.
Sometimes my PC could find it but couldn't connect and sometimes it could not discover the pen at all.
The PC said "try adding your NWP-F110 again, or check with the manufacturer for additional setup instructions"

I bought a BT dongle from DX...works like a charm with NeoSmartpen.
