Is neolab joking with me? - All fixed

My pen have arrived at Portugal one week ago, I asked you about my invoice. I still waiting.. DHL won't delivery it until I send them to an invoice in order to calculate dutys.
I'm sad about this and I'll make a complaint in European Commission.
This is not a way to treat customers.

Neolab take too long to send me an invoice, everything is ok now.

 

I got my N2...amazing product.
