I did what pmaloney recommend to delete the app and reinstall again for off-line note, ( http://www.neosmartp...ine-sync-issue/ ) and Tadam !!!! magical moment !!! I got my off-line note which I wrote several days ago.  So surprise

But even more surprise, I lost all my previous notes, what I have now is 2 sentence that I tried the off-line function days before.   Good things are I still have hard copy, but if I use the pen for years, this will be total disaster.

So if I have factory reset my phone, change my phone, etc all my notes are gone.  This is seriously unacceptable, isn't it?

I want my Note back,  T*T

Yes I use Evernote, now it has another book under the same name.  Unfortunatly, the record on evernote is unsearchable (or if there is the way to make my note searchable on Evernote please advice me to, I am Evernote newby)

The flaw is in the design by itself, because the notebook is produced in mass, therefore, the system doesn't be able to separate each individual book,  When I delete the app, the content within the app container is also deleted per IOS design.  When I reinstall the app, nNote treats my book like new,

For this issue, it is acceptable to register as new note as long as I can access to my previous notes in nNote format.

To solve this case which caused lost all my notes, I believe the function to sync files to cloud will help.

The only strange is I do not need to register my notebook again, which I guess because both of my nNOtes are in the pen registry memory.  With pen registry method, I guess that this is the main reason that printable PDF couldn't work on mobile app because it doesn't prepared to handle complex file indexing too. (this is off topic)
