I've been checking everyday and still do not have access to the download. I've had my pen for a month now and the NeoPDF download is still not available. Any idea when it will be uploaded to this site.

Hi,
I'm really hoping the reason there is no news is not because they have realised our printers can't print the paper and they don't know how to tell us. To me it is really bad marketing and all I see is more and more angry backers.

The printers will not be the problem. the accuracy of the printers is more than adequate.
I also cant wait until tomorrow... I am really hoping for a download option. I have been raving on to friends about how good this pen is compared to the livescribe but the real killer application I recon is the neopdf - next to it being much lighter and better pen - smoother writing.

OMG...now they removed NEOPDF entirely from the website (only nCode Paper left)...I doubt this is a good sign :-(...
@Alex: Everything I expect would be to give me some information about the software. If they would tell us "It won't be finished until March 2015", I would be disappointed, however I would not have to look every day at the webside if the download is already available or not... IMHO it is not a question of patience of the backers, but a question of honesty and reliability of NeoLAB Convergence Inc.

Hopefully it's not a removal - just where they are updating the pages so that we can get to it!
There are still links to that area of the site within the site, so even though they are evolving the website they have kept those links...

Guys, just wait until they put NeoPDF online, and stop to "spam" this thread.
i am sure they work hard on the software, and send every day a post doesn't make it faster.

Complain is our consumer right! not the "spam"!! 
This is not about their hard work, but a metter of trust!!
and, you know what? the hard work is their duty for our cost!! not a present!
Besides, Neolab appealed for the merit of N2 smart pen with NEOPDF.
In addition!, they said 'next week~'(four weeks ago), 'soon~'(consistently) and '12th, Friday'..!!!

It still says This is a TEST/DEMO page for downloading Software will be released shortly.
At some point in time they will link it here.
I would prefer a working app, but it would be nice to get an update.

It seems there is a new person from Neolab to manage the forum. Maybe he could give us a certain date when NeoPDF will be launched.
Please, be the most specific you can and give us a real date: I think we don't need an unreal but early date, we need a certain date. If you say it'll be launched in the third week of february, we will be happy.
I think many kickstarters have lost any interest in this project because of the bad communication of Neolab. It's a pitty, because it seemed to be a good idea. In fact, I haven't received my pen...
