Hello,

 

Do other experience as well problems with deleting a notebook from Neo Note for the iPhone?

 

I use a iPhone 5S and it is only the case by with the default notebook. I've added an other notebook and that one I can delete.

Some more details:

- pages of the default notebook can't be deleted either.

- Evernote doesn't sync, it stays in the status "syncing...Please wait". When Evernote Sync is switched off it still is not possible to delete.

- I reinstalled the app from the App Store

 

On an andriod (nexus7 2013) device it works all fine.

We'll send this issue/problem down to our Q/A team and check what's wrong. When we find errors, we'll update it through the App store and notify you with the updated functions.

Currently, the Android App is going through their final stage of Q/A testing and developing. I'll post newest updates through here.

Here's a few updates. Currently, the Android App allows users to delete the notebook and we are applying the same function to the iOS.

We'll try to update this and apply it to the App as soon as possible.

I just figure out how to delete a notebook in iphone.

 

Swipe it down, the delete button will appear in ios

Does that also work for the sample notebook? On the iPhone 5S it doesn't.

For other notebooks it does

Thanks for sharing that. A more intuitive method of course would have been a left swipe like most apps use, but at least you found it.

I have thousands of notes stored on my iPhone 6, but I have accidentally deleted some of them and I have not realized until this week.

Can I get back the older notes from my device? 

Because I heard that I can restore notes from iCloud backup if I have previously backed up data to iCloud.

Our application supports full back up and restore to Google Drive Manager. We do not support iCloud back up I'm afraid.
