Hi. My pen just arrived today and I tried to register the pen on my iPhone app. (iPhone 5, 8.1.1) but it kept failing even though I have activated the bluetooth and placed nearby the phone.

 

could you help me?

I have the same problem. It asked for a password the first time I tried to connect, which I didn't have.  It said if I entered the wrong password 10 times it would reset the data on the pen.  I entered a password 10 times to get this to happen, then it tried to register and failed.  Every time i try to register, I place the pen on the phone screen and it thinks for a couple of minutes, then says it failed to register.

The initial password is set as 0000.

My pen arrived today.

I can not get it registered to my iPhone 4 (7.1.2) or to my iPad 2 (8.1.1).

I tries switching off pen, killing apps and restarting devices.

It just can not get passed step 2.

 

Can anybody help me with tis?

Please try following the instructions.

 

1. Turn on the Bluetooth function in your smart device.

2. Press down the power button of the pen 

3. LED color will blink (Blue light)

4. Tap on 'search device' in Bluetooth settings.

5. Find for device that starts with 'NWP-F110

6. Input the password '0000'

7. After the pen is connected with the device, go to the app and start writing.
