Is there any way to combine pages into one page? My goal is to have all of the pages of notes that I take in a single session (meeting, phone call, code debugging session, etc) be one unit instead of being scattered across N pages.
If there isn't, I envision having an icon in the bottom right corner of a page (like the email icon) that I can check to mean "this page is continued on the next page". I often did this manually (in the dark ages before I had my N2) by drawing a big arrow at the bottom of the page, so the icon I described would fit well with my workflow.
