I have 2 neo pens. I use them with different notebooks and would like to download data from both pens to the same iOS device. Is this possible?

Hi Hugh.
You can not connect 2 pens to one device at the same time but you can go back and forth pretty easily. Simply unregister pen 1 in our app then register pen 2.
You need to be cautious however with your usage of our Notebooks. Most notebooks can only be used one at a time so if you use 2 pens in the same notebook you are ok as long as you always sync before swapping pens.. If you are using two notebooks of different styles then there's no issue.
Also please remember to always back up your notes to the cloud using our Google Drive Manager feature.
