when i lay my pen away (and i turned it off) next day batterie is empty. The pen lost the password etc. I tried this now 2 times...

Dear Alex, I will look into this. Which OS version are you using? iOS or Android?
Regarding the auto on/off, you can change this setting once you've connected the pen to the app.

i tried again: fully chaged in the evening. Checkt it: 100% batterie. i turned the pen manually off. Settings for auto on was off too. At the next morning i turned it on and the batterie was 60%. Now in the evening it has 40%. I did not used the pen at all! So it looses battery in about 24h without using it!?!

Alex, that is something wrong. Have you updated the firmware? I'll ask our tech people and see what's wrong.

I have FW 1.00 but tehre ist no Update in iOS App with my Iphone 6.
So when firmeware is updated it will be ok? i guess i have to wait for App update in apple sore...

I have the same problem. My pen battery dies very quickly (I have to recharge it a couple of times during the day even though I am not using it and it is not on). The auto on feature is not working and it does not send the emails, even though it says it has. All in all, it does not do what was promised. I really wanted to love this device but so far it is disappointing.

i nearly never use my N2 smartpen because it is empty when i want to use it... so sad...
Problem is still there and no response from support. Any body else has the problem with battery?
