Hi,

since I did the FW-Update to lollipop on my mobile (Nexus 5) I can't connect to N2 anymore via Blutooth.

I tried already to:

- deleted the pen from "my blutooth devices"/unpair

- unregistered the pen in the N2-APP

- tried to pair again

- tried to register the pen again in the N2-APP

Also manual connecting is not possible. Status "Connecting - Please wait" is looping like forever.

Just to make that clear: it was working before the Lollipop-update.

Pls help.

Thanks

Patrick

@Patman

First of all: Which Lollipop-update? What does it include?

And I read that many people who have a Nexus 5, have problems to connect their pen to the app.

Hi,

Android-Version 5.0.

It was shipped yesterday.

But the connection before the update was pretty ok.

Just tried with a Moto G on running on Android-Verison 4.4.4.

It works flawless on this device but not on Lollipop. (5.0)

:(

We've received multiple issues regarding Android 5.0 Lollipop and will release an updated version that works with Android 5.0 next week.
