I charged my pen for 9 hours and it only went frmo 40% up to 70%. Is this normal? What is the average time to charge the pen from flat battery to 100%?

On their Homepage they are defining the technology within the N2. And there is mentioned that a full charge should be done in 2 hours.

Here's the link: http://global.neolab.kr/?page_id=1744 (You have to scroll down a bit)

Did you turn the pen off while charging?

The pen turns on automatically when you plug it in.

Did you charge it through the PC? The PC (Micro USB) voltage is usually unstable and low. It takes longer to charge than directly plugging it in to the power supply. But 9 hours is overkill. I'll report this issue to the hardware team and try to get some feedback.
