Hi,
Just received my pen 3 days ago... Tried it and everything worked fine.
Synced with Neo notes and with EverNote.
Also charged the pen once.

However, since this morning my pen battery appears to be empty... No action whatsoever.
When i try to charge it, the light doesn't turn on.........
Please advice on what to try next!

I have the same problem. The pen won't recharge and won't sync with the app at all. I have tried emailing the support but have no response. Please let me know how to have it replaced or returned because it is useless.

Have you tried charging from a wall outlet source, like a usb wallplug? I found that charging from my laptop is a) tediously slow and doesnt properly charge the pen While when I charge from a fixed wall outlet usb charger I get a full charge and it seems to last a lot longer. 

Laptop usb charger when reporting 100% gives me 30 mins working while from the wall charger it gives me 3 days so far (not continuously off course but combined time certainly over 3 hours). I havent kept an official stopwatch but the battery longevity certainly seems to hold up better.

Charging from a USB wall outlet will give you a more reliable charge.

 

I personally have found using my MacBook Air to charge through USB does not give me a decent charge.

 

Specifications call for 5 hours of continuous writing (this is when the camera is activated)  

 

If you wish to use your N2 as a regular pen (not with neo paper)  then please make sure auto on is turned off.  This will prevent the camera and Bluetooth drawing power.
