I'm deciding whether to purchase a Neo Smartpen, and I installed the NeoPDF software so I can see what the home printed paper looks like ($10 to ship a $3 notebook to the US is a dealbreaker for me). When I click the File menu, I see the NCode Print option, but it's grayed out. Is this a known issue with the software? Is there a way for me to print out a sample so I can see what it looks like? Thanks!
EDIT: Hmmm...well, I got to a dialog box that I'm guessing has to do with setting up the NCode on a page, but it's not in English. Are there plans to provide an English version of this software? I really want to go ahead and get one of your pens, but if you're not going to provide English versions, I guess I'll have to keep looking.

There's an option to change the language into English. Go to Help > Language > English. The help option is at the very right side of the menu.
