I have just received my double pack.
I try to start writing on the neo notebook, but it seems no data is sync to my ipad air or my android phone.
I drawed the "V" many times with my N2 on the notebook, but nothing happen.

I wonder if it is the firmware issue or hardward failure
The black one is using firmware ver 1.01.0115The silver one is using firmware ver 1.00.0111
Info is extracted from the system.ini
Thanks for the update! and sorry for the late update. It's best to use the firmware ver 1.01.0115 (updated by the app).
Regarding the 'V' sticker and checking, since its your first notebook, you can use it directly on the notepad (with or without checking the sticker). However, it's best to check on the sticker first.
The purpose of the sticker is to prevent duplication on the same notebook.

My black N2 is using v 1.01.0115, but it cannot sync any data to the App.
So, are there any checking I can do.

I am having the same problem, except I am on the latest firmware of 1.02, Nexus 5 and Android 5.0.
The pen seems to pair correctly and I have setup a pin perfectly fine. But I can't sync, I also can't click on the manual sync button in the menu. It doesn't flash blue like all the other links.
Any suggestions?

When I press the email button with my pen and a copy is sent to my email, it's only just sending a blank pdf while with nothing on it. Nothing on the page is actually sending. Only if I send through the phone app does it properly send.
Ya, I have the same thing. When I e-mail by checking the envelope on the page, it just e-mails a blank PDF.
Please update the newest iOS mobile App and update the pen firmware through the app as well.

Hey guys- instead of just updating the app to the new version, try deleting it and re-installing it. It didn't work for me with a simple update, but now offline sync and e-mailing by checking the envelope on the page both work. ONLY after I deleted the app and re-installed though.
