Got a red light last night when I turned the pen on while it was a charging.

 

I'm aware the manual is probably not complete, but could you provide us with some quick explanation of what each color indicates.

Red light - low battery 

Blinking red light - very low battery

Blink blue light - Sending Bluetooth signal to device (trying to connect)

White light - connected with device

Purple light - connected with PC 

Yellow light - Memory full

I updated my pen and not have a blinking yellow light. It won't sync with the app anymore and does not react when I push the button.

Any suggestions?

Ok. I fixed it myself. I had to hold the button for a longer while. Maybe a reboot? Anyhow, it works again!

Thx. Could you also elaborate on short long presses of the button.... and forcing a reboot when not recording?

The pen's power button only recognizes a press. It can't tell if its short or long unless you're manually rebooting.

To manually reboot, press and hold down the power button for 10 seconds.

My light is blinking red with full battery, what is wrong?

 

Hello brazilkorea, 

 

Blinking red light can indicate three different status of N2. 

 

1. Low battery (which should be crossed out in your case)

2. Lack of memory space (please check pen internal memory space)

3. Pen is connected to app and the writing color is set to red.

 

If all three do not match your status, please respond with other possibly relevant information as it might indicate firmware issues.
