[NeoLAB Convergence]

I have heard that the Iphone 4s is compatable and have donwnload the app. Can anyone confirm this. Also I haven't been able to find the app on my ipad air. Is this compatable?

 

N2 is compatible with iphone5 or higher. We are testing iPad air but it could take some time to release it.

I use N2 with iPhone 4s.

iPhone 4s has bluetooth 4.0 with BLE.

But, the app(Neo Notes)'s layout is not compatible with iPhone 4s.

For example, in the password interface, it shows just number 1~9.

i confirm there are a few issues with using app on ipad. No audio control at botton of the app so unable to start audio recording. Issues when trying to choose a cover.

I use N2 with iPhone 5S succefull but with my iPad air Neo Notes crash immediately. I can pair with my iPad and launch app first to sync with but then crash.

Please make sure you have the latest iOS version (8.2) and the latest Neo Notesapp from the app store.   Just to be sure you may want to delete the Neo app installed and re-install from new.

Yes, I 'm still ios 7 on Ipad air unlike the iPhone 5S .
I planned the installation of version 8 and have not had time to do. I'll do it and you keep informed .
